CABLING
Pulling voice, data, and coaxial cables is not the most glamorous work we do for our customers. However, in order to facilitate phones, computers, and televisions, it is necessary. If you are moving into a new building we can help you plan and implement a proper low voltage wiring plan. If you’re relocating a phone or computer within an existing office and your company’s aesthetic or safety policies preclude running a 100-foot line cord across the floor, we can help. We can even install a “wireless bridge” across a gap (over the street or an alley) where physical wiring is not an option.
Fiscal prudency is part of our own business philosophy - some might even call us “cheap”, and we assume that our customers are just as interested in saving money. So where there is existing cable, we’ll check it and re-use it if it’s practical. For new construction, simply planning ahead with regard to voice/data/video cabling can save money on material and labor. For new or existing projects, pulling multiple cables at one time can save money on labor. We also offer discounts on phone equipment for customers who choose Telephone Industries or one of our preferred associates to run cable. (After all, it’s going to take us less time to install the phone system if we don’t have to guess at where second-rate cabling monkeys routed the cables.) We’ll terminate, test, color-code, and label the new cables to make it neat, complete, and intuitive.
